Welcome to FingerPe, a digital financial services platform operated by Finger Pe Rajcom Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (fingerpe.com), APIs, White-Label portals, or any associated software, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age and an Indian citizen/resident to register as a Retailer, Distributor, Super Distributor, or Corporate Partner.

• By using our platform, you confirm that all information provided during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is accurate, valid, and legally yours.

2. User Accounts and Security

• KYC Compliance: All partners must complete a mandatory KYC verification process (Aadhaar, PAN, and Business Address Proof) before accessing our core financial services like AEPS, DMT, and UPI.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, MPIN, and OTPs. FingerPe will not be held liable for any unauthorized access or financial loss resulting from compromised passwords.

3. Use of Services

• API & White-Label Usage: Corporate Partners and White-Label users must not use FingerPe APIs for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.

• Strict Adherence to Guidelines: All AEPS, DMT, BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System), and UPI transactions must be conducted in strict accordance with the rules laid out by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).

• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, gambling, or any activity that violates Indian law. Any suspicious activity will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the authorities.

4. Service Availability & System Downtime

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, FingerPe relies on third-party banking networks, telecom operators, and NPCI servers. We are not liable for transaction failures, delays, or losses caused by scheduled maintenance or unexpected banking network downtimes.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, APIs, logos, brand names, and website content provided by FingerPe are the exclusive property of Finger Pe Rajcom Private Limited. Resellers and White-Label partners are granted a limited license to use our technology but do not own the underlying intellectual property.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Barmer, Rajasthan.
